This little guy has patches on his knees and an ice cream cone in his hand and he appears to be trying to whistle! This figurine has a PO stamped on the bottom. He stands 4 1/2" tall and 2" wide. There are no chips or cracks. This is a great addition to a collection of small characters and kids.
